CLOSCA Fuga - Foldable bicycle helmet

For the manufacturer Closca from Valencia, Spain, it is important to get people on their bikes in order to make cities more livable. Their approach is to create solutions based on innovation, style and ease of use. With the Fuga, they developed an elegant head protection that is not only safe, but also has a stylish design. And the practicality has also been considered: The helmet can be easily folded up when not in use and stowed in a bag.
The patented folding system reduces the size of the helmet by 55%, making the helmet a practical accessory. The visor is interchangeable and can thus be customized in material and color. The helmet also has a ventilation system that ensures constant air circulation. The narrow slots do not allow water filtration, so you are at least protected from fine rain.
The Closca Fuga complies with the strict safety regulations EN1078 and COSC, which are applicable in Europe, Asia, the USA and Canada. In the event of an collision, the impact is optimally dissipated, as the folding system allows micro-movements that cause the impact to be better distributed over the entire surface.
The design of the helmet was inspired by the architecture of the Guggenheim Museum in New York. The helmet is the winner of renowned design awards such as the Red Dot Design Award, Gold Delta Design ADI and the Eurobike Award.
