Dispatch conditions

Domestic delivery (Germany) and neighbouring countries:

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

Shipping within Germany by DHL (DHL GoGreen, climate friendly shipping) for 6.90 € or optional UPS for 7.90 €.

Items, for which shipping is possible as a letter, we can optionally ship with Deutsche Post for 2.50 €. We send gift vouchers by your choice for 2.50 € with Deutsche Post as a letter or free of charge by email as a PDF attachment.

From an order value of 60,00 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.

Deliveries to foreign countries:

We ship to all EU Member States with the exception of Ireland, Malta and the Canary Islands by UPS at a shipping fee of €12.90 or optional DHL of € 15,90. We also ship via UPS at a shipping fee of € 16.90 or optional DHL of 21,90€ to the following non-EU Member States: Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland.

Items, for which shipping is possible as a letter, we can optionally ship with Deutsche Post (Warenpost International, tracked) for 6.00€ to all EU Member States (except Ireland) and to the following non-EU Member States: Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 1 - 2 days, for deliveries abroad within 2 - 6 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

Self-collection

In addition to shipping, we generally offer to pick up the items purchased online directly from our showroom in Hamburg. In this case, of course, no shipping costs will be charged. Here, however, we ask you to make an appointment with us in advance by phone or e-mail. In the case of cash payment, if possible, please bring the amount to be paid appropriately.
